1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bloom ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bloom is a period tracking and fertility awareness app that provides cycle logging, dietary guidance, AI-powered wellness support, and smart reminders. The App is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Bloom Premium is an auto-renewable subscription with the following terms:

• Title of subscription: Bloom Premium
• Length of subscription: 1 Month
• Price: $7.99 USD per month
• Auto-renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing your subscription: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by entering your Apple ID account settings or by visiting your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the period you have paid for.

4. Medical Disclaimer

The App provides general wellness information and is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in this App. The fertility predictions, cycle tracking, and nutritional guidance provided are estimates based on self-reported data and should not be used as a method of contraception or a replacement for medical advice.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for the health data you enter into the App. You warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to any health decisions made based on the App's content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
